The Customer recognizes that each end-user of the Service accepts the Service`s privacy policy, which includes the aspect of the Google workspace (which may change regularly), posted on the www.google.com/a/help/intl/ru/users/privacy_notice.html page or any other URLs provided by Google, as well as Google`s privacy policy (which may change periodically) published on the www.google.com/privacy.html-Seite or any other URLs provided by Google. If the customer is informed of an end user`s terms of use or relevant policies, the customer (i) agrees to immediately notify Google and (ii) to immediately suspend or terminate the end user account, unless Google gives further written instructions. At Google`s request, the customer agrees to immediately block or terminate the end-user account or grant administrative access to the Service in response to a violation of the terms of use or relevant policies by the customer or administrator.
